Vocational Training Programme

Livelihood and skill-development training for unskilled, poor and marginalised women, leading to employment or self-employment, and raised socio-economic status within the family and society.

Bio Sand Water Filter Programme

Household bio-sand filters for safe drinking water, running since 2019, paired with awareness training on hygiene, water storage, and regular beneficiary follow-up visits.

Women Gaining Ground Consortium

A CREA-partnered programme promoting the capacity and transformative leadership of young women, adolescent girls, and women with disabilities across blocks of Muzaffarpur district.

POCSO Act Awareness Programme

Community awareness sessions on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, helping families and children recognise and report abuse.

16 Days of Activism (Campaigning) Programme

An annual campaign against gender-based violence and discrimination, reaching women, adolescent girls, women with disabilities, and transgender persons across ten Panchayats.

Workshops, Seminars & Meetings

Regular community workshops, seminars and meetings that build awareness, share information, and strengthen local participation in ASS programmes.

COVID-19 Relief Work

Emergency relief material distribution — dry ration, face masks, and sanitisers — reaching over a thousand families during the pandemic.

Meri Panchayat Meri Shakti

A feminist leadership programme building women and adolescent-girl leaders as effective agents of change within local self-government institutions.

Tree Plantation & Environment Awareness

Tree plantation drives across local schools, building awareness among children on environmental protection and sustainability.

Education for Poor Children

Two dedicated learning centres for children from poor and marginalised families, supporting them into the formal schooling system.
